The WaterRower has a unique design, replicating the feel of rowing out on the water. The erg’s proprietary design blends the tranquility of moving water and the rhythm of motion, to give to a much smoother feel than a chain a flywheel design.

    Indoor rowing is the single best exercise you can do! Not only is it an amazing cardio exercise, it targets 9 of 11 major muscle groups with each stroke (that’s about 90% of your body!). Indoor rowing, even without the added benefit of our targeted circuit training, is one of the most complete exercises available. Members should expect to burn up to 900 calories per hour.

    Rowing provides a perfect cross training workout for any athlete, and is scalable to any injury or ability. Rowing won’t leave your body feeling trashed after, and is the perfect way to recover from injury. Our water rowers provide a no impact workout that is easy on the joints. Our instructors are experienced and knowledgeable, and they will ensure that modifications are available for all of our HIIT exercises.

    The ROW 45 program is a
    unique rowing class that captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing.
    From “Skills and Drills” to “Waves and Recoveries,” and the final build up to a friendly
    but competitive “Race,” ROW 45 quickly converts first-timers to devoted team members.

    This is our bread and butter signature class. TR 45 is 45 minutes of
    rowing intervals, HIIT strength training, and fast-paced fun. We incorporate different
    tools such as kettle bells, and the always-fun slam balls, to keep the workout fun and challenging.
    This is your complete workout plan, all in one easy to follow and fun class.

    Only have 30 minutes before work? Need to fit in a quick workout during lunch? Can’t find enough
    time for an hour-long traditional workout? We’ve got you covered with our quick, calorie-torching
    30 minute Row 30 class.
    You will get a full rowing-only workout, all in just 30 minutes. Row 30 is fast and fun,
    and if you are stretched for time, this is your best option from any Buckhead or Atlanta
