We’ve got you covered with our quick, calorie-torching 30 minute Row 30 class. You will get a full rowing-only workout, all in just 30 minutes. Our TR Circuit fitness class rotates between 1 – 2 minutes at up to 8 different stations, making sure you work every muscle group while keeping your heart rate in the sweet spot for fat burning.
